Business English for international professionals

You're good at your job. Now let your English show it.

I work with professionals on the English they actually use at work: sharper emails, meetings where you speak up, and presentations that land with international colleagues and clients.

What changes

After a few weeks, work in English feels different.

Lessons are built around your real tasks: your emails, your meetings, your slides. Not a textbook.

precision

Saying exactly what you mean

The gap between the idea in your head and the sentence that comes out. We work on expressing complex thinking in English without flattening it into something simpler than you intended.

writing

Emails that get answered

Clear, confident, appropriately direct, without sounding blunt or over-apologetic. We work on your real correspondence.

speaking

A voice in meetings

Interrupting politely, disagreeing professionally, thinking aloud in English. These are the moves that make you visible at work.

presenting

Presentations that land

Structure, signposting and delivery for international audiences, plus calm answers to unexpected questions.

Why learn with me

I've spent a decade inside the meetings you're preparing for.

Before qualifying as a teacher, I managed multilingual projects for international organisations. I coordinated a global healthcare platform localised into 30 languages, and safety-critical technical documentation for a $40bn energy project.

That means I've lived the emails, deadlines, stakeholders and awkward calls you deal with every day. I don't teach textbook English. I teach how professionals actually communicate at work.

My training is in translation, which is the discipline of carrying an exact meaning from one language into another without losing it. That is what I teach: not simpler English, but English that says what you actually mean.

And because English is my second language too, I know what it feels like to be sharp in one language and blunted in another. I also know how to close that gap.
